Our over 9000 members come from more than 70 countries around the world and from thousands of different colleges and universities.
Member benefits
By joining HigherEdSocial, you'll receive special member-only benefits including access to training and downloadable templates, a professional mentoring program, discounts on products and services, a job board, member newsletters, reports, and whitepaper research projects, and much more. These privileges start the day you purchase your membership and are always being updated to serve member needs.
Members also have access to private industry chat forums to connect with other colleagues in their functional area and region of the world. This increases inter-campus communication and facilitates knowledge sharing among members.

Education
The core mission of HigherEdSocial is to provide industry best practices and training to our members. Our society regularly hosts informational webinars, round tables, and conferences to encourage knowledge sharing in the community. In addition, we endorse the National Institute of Social Media as the industry standard for social media certification.
Webinars and events will be updated as they are scheduled and training courses typically come out quarterly. If there is a training you are interested in but do not see offered, contact us and we will work to provide it in the future.
Webinars on industry best practices as well as platform demos and community conversations are held bi-monthly and require registration.
The Higher Ed Social Academy is the hub for our internally developed courses open to all members. New courses and training are added regularly.
Featured articles from our members are published regularly into the HigherEdSocial community and are viewable by all. To publish on our platform please contact us directly.
